As Teresa Vozza was navigating her role as a Chief Human Resources Officer for a global Fortune 500 organization, she realized that traditional leadership training wasn't cutting it.

She started wondering why companies invest in generic programs when what leaders really need is personalized, practical support they can use in real-time scenarios. There were plenty of leadership books and seminars, but nothing that truly addressed the day-to-day challenges of executive life.

Teresa wasn't satisfied with the level of support she saw executive leaders receive as pressure and internal politics mounted. As leaders burnt out and complained around her, she was determined to find out if there was a better way.

Conversations with other leaders quickly confirmed that this was a real problem. In 2020, Teresa left her corporate role and after extensive research and development, Crucible was finally launched.
