Nominated twice as an RBC Woman of Influence, Teresa created the concept of “Integrated Leadership” - where feelings do matter and don’t need to be parked at the door. She has helped CEOs, leaders, and top-performers at the world’s most successful Fortune 500 companies including Allianz, Co-operators, General Motors, and Securian. Teresa is a HeartMath® Resilience Certified Trainer with a Bachelor degree from McMaster University, and a former Chief Human Resources Officer with real in the trenches business chops. She is an ICF-accredited Professional Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and an Expert in Change Management.
